What You Will Need:
- Hair spray
- White feathers
- Rubber stamp(s)
- Black ink pad

How To Do It:

1) Covering a surface with plastic or wax paper, gently mist feathers with hairspray and allow to fully dry.

2) Ink rubber stamp, apply to face of feather and evenly apply pressure. Feather may have to be gently peeled off of rubber stamp.

3) Let dry and that's it! Another light spritz of hair spray can further help ink from transferring.
