Welcome & thank you for visiting!! Gave That — a blog devoted to the gift of giving.

A place where beauty is offered sparingly, where intention is allowed to breathe, and where the experience of giving becomes its own art form.

This space was created to honor small rituals — the way a gesture, an object, or a moment can hold meaning when approached with care. What began as a way to thank fellow artists in the Eternal Network grew into a study of refinement: how we select, present, and share what is precious to us.

I believe giving is a conversation without words.

A pause.

A presence.

An invitation that reveals nothing more than necessary.

Here you will find inspiration shaped by: soft luxury, delicate textures, considered design, sensory detail, and the elegance of things chosen with intention rather than impulse.

This space values:

• Silence as a form of eloquence

• Quality as a form of affection

• Ritual as a form of connection

• Craftsmanship as a form of devotion

• Beauty that is felt before it is seen

Gave That remains an intimate archive — a place where offerings are curated and where meaning is allowed to unfold gently, like opening a gift wrapped with care. Marie Anakee Miczakfounder and editor

... and if you have a moment, take a look around at a few personal favorite nooks of the site, from the gift wrapping room to an emotional plea to grandparents about the best gift they can give their grandchildren to an ever growing list of simple DIY gift projects and an overflowing get-together worthy recipe box for entertaining.
