Despite the chilly, very gray day outside I've been in a happy place sipping my way through a recent discovery. The
Kusmi line of tea. Some sewn into tiny muslin tea bags and others, loose, in these pretty little gift tins. The flavor of every single one, amazing but what is equally so is their history. A very old brand started in St. Petersburg Russia in 1867, they created teas for the Tsars and later set up shop to London, Berlin and Paris, the latter of which is where they remain today.
Being able to give the exact same Russian tea blend enjoyed by the Tsars takes these gifts to another level of
back story. More recently they launched a line of detox teas (hello New Year's!) and two of my new found favorites,
Sweet Love with my beloved pink pepper mingling with licorice root and their calming
Be Cool with rose hips, apple and fresh peppermint. Their green teas, especially the gunpowder, are so good too.
Really beautiful all around, find them all
here on their US site.
