Mail Art

The Gift of Mail Art
A little while ago I re-watching How to Draw a Bunny, a documentary about artist Ray Johnson, the beginnings of the Eternal Network and thinking back at how this very blog actually started out as a way of thanking all of the artists who took the time to send gifts of art to me through the mail, much the way Ray did. That also led to remembering when Hurricane Sandy was about to hit the area and one of my biggest fears was losing this collection... thankfully everything stayed dry and that didn't happen. Here's a peek into the private collection as a way to say thank you so much again to kind friends. Above, Jean-Pierre Comes from France.
