Love Letter Sachets

Ever since finding out all the unique ways Victorian women decorated their letters I've been thinking about this project. In particular, women of the era would use pins to prick holes forming intricate designs on their envelopes and writing paper. The same sort of holes you often see on scented sachets... taking vintage envelopes and making a few holes to let the scent out, some rose petals, myrrh and dried orange peels went inside (the little scented balls from normal sachets are perfect too and less work). The flap is sealed, everything repeated and then tied up in a red ribbon. Ready to be doled out at will.
