Chocolate Chip Cookies with Organic DAGOBA

Out of all the chocolate brands I tested at the New York Chocolate show, Dagoba organic chocolate in its dark form turned out to be the best when making classic chocolate chip (chunk) cookies. Using Dagoba's rich dark bar and Teri Hatcher's recipe the results were out of this world and caused quite a stir of requests, invites and swoons. How I Gave Them: tucked inside a simple tin, done up with a bow, they never seemed to last long enough to be opened with the other gifts.
