Jonathan Grahm and his chocolate company Compartes of Los Angeles CA has created a limited edition line of chocolates that are inspired by Africa. Not only this but portion of the proceeds from these gourmet candies will go to Relief International. $20. to $30. Each set of chocolates come with a bracelet as well.

Primal Elements Sonoma Candles has created a special breast cancer awareness candle. 10% from each candle sold will go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. $22.00. Each candle comes in a lovely gift box making it a fantastic hostess gift to give.
